Oxymorons . . . or just morons

Um, I know there's a story here that Lindsi needs to tell. I'm curious about what it is.

Hmm, I'm not sure what to write about. Maybe I'll just try some listing.

Okay, I can't even list oxymorons right now. Maybe I'll focus on morons:
  • People who drive slowly in the left lane (which, I guess they don't realize, is MY lane)

Oh my gosh, I can't even focus on morons right now. What is wrong with me? I usually excel at finding stupid people. What's that song? "The world is full of stupid people . . ." I just looked up the lyrics. The only line I recognized is the one I quoted, and it's not even the whole line.

I am completely blanking today, still writing but not putting anything good out there, so I guess I'll go offline and quit exposing my moronic writing to the world.

  • Sometimes it is nice to see even teachers have moronic moments! :)

  • I am so glad that you have "off" days also. I wrote in my journal that I just couldn't get my mind running about the topic. However, if you watch the movie Renaissance Man, you will have some great ideas. I use the movie as an introduction to figurative language terms and Shakespeare. Maybe you can rent that to look for the morons!

  • Oh, I hate it when people drive slowly in the left lane. I once saw a bumper sticker that read, "If people are passing you on the right, you're in the wrong lane." I need that. If I find it, I'll get one for you too.
