1st Day
So this morning, as I was getting ready, I kept wondering what I could freewrite about...I had about a million ideas! I felt like I needed to stop drying my hair and write them down. Then when I got to the room to write...I had nothing!

Remember Anne Lamott talking about keeping a postcard in your back pocket for those times? Of course, if you're not dressed, you don't have pockets, so that won't work in that case, but even young people (like you) can't remember everything you want to remember, which is one of the values of writing. You'll have to keep a pen in the bathroom and write on the toilet paper, I guess . . .
