Not so much Urban Legends

My mind is totally somwhere else this morning. I'm in need of a little writing therapy. I'm angry. There's always somewhere my mind goes when I'm angry. So here is my attempt at two random poems that make me feel extremely better! All I have to say is thank GOD for the fact that there are good guys still around and I found one!

Thief

Not only did you steal a TV
you stole 5 years from me.

I tried to ignore all of your lies,
but you stared me dead in the eyes.

You even went to jail. Twice.
Can I give you some advice?

I hope you always look back and think

how stupid you were and you really stink.

One day it’ll all come back
and I hope you realize what you lack.

You may have taken 5 years of my life
but I no longer deal with your strife.

I now can say I appreciate
you igniting my flame of hate.

Because if it weren’t for this flame,
I would still be with you…lame.
